Sangskatten is a concert packed with the classic children's songs that our great-grandparents and grandparents learned—and that are still sung to this day.

"Alle fugler," "Blåmann," "Vi har en grevling i taket," and many more are on the programme. They all feature lively arrangements, accompanied by an exuberant orchestra and enthusiastic young singers from Bergen—both on stage and in the audience!

This is the kind of concert that sends you home singing, ready to dig out that old songbook and start a family choir. No one is too young or too old to enjoy this shared treasure trove of songs!

Relæxt

The 11:30 AM concert is a "Relæxt" performance. This means the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed than usual. You are free to move around the hall and take breaks if needed. There is room here to be exactly who you are—and to experience the concert in your own way. Talking, laughing, dancing, and making involuntary sounds (tics) are all welcome—and you are free to move in and out of the concert hall whenever you wish.

There is just one rule for the concert: you are not allowed to shush anyone other than the people you are with.
