We have four wonderful family concerts on the programme this season. In addition, we recommend our Classical Hour concerts for older children who want to get to know classical music, but might not be able to sit still for hours or stay up until 10 PM.
The Classical Hour concerts last for one hour. The programme features Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No. 3, Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 ("Fate"), and Elgar’s Enigma Variations. Each concert begins with the conductor introducing the work before it is performed.
